Heidi Grace inspires us to explore yoga as an applied lifestyle, making art with our lives and relaxing into our Divine Self. Through the dance of balancing the body, mind and spirit she guides us toward harmonizing our inner truth with our actions and experiences. Heidi Grace’s gentle and restorative approach to the yoga practice incorporates Ayurveda, energy work, flower essences, mantra, meditation, yantra painting, gemology, astrology and Yoga Nidra.

Heidi Grace received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica in 2009. She also has 108 hours of training in the heart oriented method of Anusara. Heidi became a SUP Certified Instructor in 2012 by Gillian Gibree and Kathryn McCann of Paddle into Fitness. In 2013, she completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Brenna Geehan and Jean Mazzei of SriYoga in San Francisco. It is Heidi’s vision to share the layers of yoga that will help individuals to exist in total freedom and truly experience LIVING YOGA.

Heidi Michelle first stepped onto a yoga mat in 1998 and has been teaching yoga since 2008. Initially inspired by Kundalini yoga, she soon discovered Baron Baptiste and Power yoga. Heidi’s teachers include Rod Stryker, Shiva Rea and Anand Mehrotra. She studied extensively with Elysabeth Williamson, creator and founder of Principle-Based Partner Yoga™, and has been teaching Partner Yoga since 2009, most recently leading Partner Yoga Teacher Trainings. As a personal development and awareness facilitator from 1995 to 2002, Heidi’s passion for empowering people emerged. She has been guiding, teaching, and leading, in one form or another, ever since. Offering retreats, workshops and trainings in the United States, India, Mexico and Costa Rica, her yogic teachings feature a dharma-rich, gently demanding Vinyasa-flow practice with an emphasis on yoga as a practice ground for life.

​Nature Yoga Teacher Training 2019 will be held at Selva Armonia, Uvita, Costa Rica. Tucked away in the jungle, visited daily by scarlet macaws, monkeys and an assortment of local wildlife, this slice of heaven is a stunning tropical retreat. With our personal chef, pool and open-air living. You will be nurtured in this quiet jungle environment in order to devote your time and energies to the study and practice of yoga and the yogic lifestyle.

Nature Yoga 300-hour Certified Yoga Teacher Training  

The 300-hour Nature Yoga Teacher Training will expand upon the fundamentals of yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, and psychology. Each module will go in depth to explore your living yoga experience and continue to refine your offering. This program is designed to be elective. Choose the courses that feel the most interesting and inspiring to you. Once you have completed 300 Hours of Advanced Programs, you will receive a Nature Yoga 300 Hour Advanced Training Certificate.

We offer a variety of 25, 50 and 100 Hour programs to help you dive deeper into what inspires your heart. The Advanced Trainings are offered in a variety of beautiful destinations including the Northern California, India, Costa Rica, Michigan, etc...

100-hours Advanced Training 10 Days in Goa, India

February 1-10, 2019

Living Yoga - experienced in the home of Yoga. This is a 100 hour advanced training for those who have completed a 200 hour YTT, however, anyone interested in deepening your practice is also welcome to attend for part or all of the training.

Location: Keri Beach, Goa, India

25-hour Advanced Training

4 Days Anatomy Intensive in California
